Gaunt had their moments back in the day. Part of the surprisingly rich Columbus, Ohio scene back in the early ’90s, along with the New Bomb Turks and Cheater Slicks, Gaunt made a couple of great records before making the disappointing Bricks and Blackouts, which showed the band with all their rough edges sanded down.
