Can someone explain why frames are suddenly acceptable again? I mean, is this 1997? Gmail, and other Ajax applications have made it so that developers think they can crowd my screen with unnecessary garbage. Frames clog up windows, impose navigational patterns that are based on what the developers want, not the users, and are generally a nuisance. If you are a Web developer, please go back and re-read your SSI; Frames just don’t cut it. Particularly in Firefox.
